My story
I spent 15 years climbing the corporate ladder. VP of Strategy at a Fortune 500 company. Managed teams of 30+. Hit every quarterly target. And I was miserable.
I thought the problem was my circumstances. The truth? It was me. I was driving perfectionism, micromanaging my team out of fear, and living for the next promotion instead of the present moment.
When I finally worked with a coach, everything changed. Within 12 weeks, I had clarity on what I actually wanted. Within a year, I redesigned my role, rebuilt my team, and found joy in leadership again.
That experience taught me that the work of real transformation happens on the inside first. And that every leader I coach deserves the same breakthrough.

My coaching philosophy
Real talk, not platitudes
I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what you need to hear, delivered with compassion and grounded in evidence.
You already have the answers
My job isn't to fix you—it's to ask the questions that unlock clarity you already possess. True coaching is a partnership of discovery.
Measurable outcomes
We track progress. At every session, we define what success looks like and measure how close you are. No vague metrics, just real impact.
Whole-person approach
Leadership isn't separate from life. We look at your energy, relationships, boundaries, and values—not just your P&L.
Evidence-based
I use assessments like EQi 2.0, 360 feedback, and behavioral frameworks. Data + intuition = transformation.
Who I work with best
You're ready to change
Not curious about coaching. Not "thinking about it." You're ready to invest time and honesty in real transformation.
You're self-aware
You can own your part. You don't blame others for everything. You're willing to look in the mirror.
You value growth
You're not the smartest person in the room—or you know better than to believe you are. You stay curious.
You're committed
This isn't a casual hobby. You'll show up, do the work between sessions, and give it your full attention.
